This plugin allows you to set default profile pictures without having to edit any files. These images will be displayed for users who did not upload a profile picture. Typically you'd want to set a different image for men and women, but there can be other uses for this as well. To start you need to navigate to the profile question that determines what image should be display (in our case it's a "gender" question). Once there, you will be able to upload an image for each of the genders. Only drop down and radio box type of profile questions can be used for these default pictures.
