PayFast payment gateway
PayFast integration is included by default with the software.
Live merchant ID and Live merchant key can be obtained in your PayFast account.
If you enable developer mode, you need to fill in Developer merchant ID and Developer merchant key as well.
Important: for recurring payments PayFast supports only monthly and yearly billing cycles, keep that in mind if you're going to offer recurring subscription plans (users get charge automatically upon renewal). This applies to recurring payments only.
